From the winemaker:
I went all-in on the 2023 Rosé, with 45% of this vintage being direct-press intentional rosé from Split Rail and Coast Grade vineyards. The remaining 55% is saignée from Lester Family Vineyards and Saveria Vineyard with only 1-2 hours of skin contact. The result is a pale color, racy acidity and a complexly layered glass with bright citrus, rose petal, blood orange and Split Rail's quintessential redwood duff/conifer and sage. She's bone dry and pairs well with a wide range of food, from light pastas (think sundried tomato and basil), to pork chops, all range of poultry, salmon and shellfish.
